West Washington /Chapin Development Area (1) continued... certain expenses in the West Washington - Chapin Allocation Area and that intent should be included in the title of the resolution. Ms. Greene advised that Resolution No. 2131 should be amended to include the wording "the Commission's intent" in the title. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2131 determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the West Washington- Chapin Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 7) from the West Washington- Chapin Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 7) Special Fund and setting a Public Hearing on said appropriation at 10:00 a.m., February 18, 2005 as amended. G. South Side Development Area (1) Filing of Resolution No. 2143 amending the South Side Development Area Development Plan and setting a Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2143 at 10:00 a.m., March 4, 2005 Mr. Schalliol reported that Resolution No. 2143 amends the South Side Development Area Development Plan and adds one parcel to the acquisition list. The property is located at 4209 South Main Street. Resolution No. 2143 also sets a public hearing for Friday, March 4, 2005, at 21 COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2131 DETERMINING TO PAY CERTAIN EXPENSES INCURRED FOR LOCAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN OR SERVING THE WEST WASH INGTON- CHAPIN ALLOCATION AREA (SOUTH BEND ALLOCATION AREA NO. 7) FROM THE WEST WASHINGTON - CHAPIN ALLOCATION AREA (SOUTH BEND ALLOCATION AREA NO. 7) SPECIAL FUND AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID APPROPRIATION AT 10:00 A.M., FEBRUARY 18, 2005 AS AMENDED.
