South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — February 4, 2005 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />E. South Bend Medical Services Area <br />(1) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2130 <br />determining the Commission's intent to pay <br />certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the Downtown <br />Medial Services District (DMSC Allocation <br />Area) from the Downtown Medical Services <br />District Special Fund (DMSD Allocation <br />Fund) and setting a Public Hearing on said <br />appropriation at 10:00 a.m., February 18, <br />2005. <br />F. West Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />(1 ) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2131 determining to pay <br />certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the West <br />Washington - Chapin Allocation Area <br />(South Bend Allocation Area No. 7) from <br />the West Washington- Chapin Allocation <br />Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 7) <br />Special Fund and setting a Public Hearing <br />on said appropriation at 10:00 a.m., <br />February 18, 2005. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 2131 <br />expresses the Commission's intent to <br />appropriate funds. At the public meeting of <br />February 18, 2005, the Commission will be <br />provided with a Supplemental Resolution <br />that will actually appropriate the funds. <br />Ms. Greene noted that Resolution No. 2131 <br />determines the Commission's intent to pay <br />ILI 20 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2130 <br />DETERMINING THE COMMISSION'S INTENT TO <br />PAY CERTAIN EXPENSES INCURRED FOR LOCAL <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN OR SERVING THE <br />DOWNTOWN MEDIAL SERVICES DISTRICT <br />(DMSC ALLOCATION AREA) FROM THE <br />DOWNTOWN MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT <br />SPECIAL FUND (DMSD ALLOCATION FUND) <br />AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID <br />APPROPRIATION AT 10:00 A.M., FEBRUARY 18, <br />2005. <br />
