The
proposal showed a site plan that contained
25,000 square feet of leasable industrial
space and the potential for an additional
23,500 square feet in subsequent
development phases.
12
COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2129
DETERMINING THE COMMISSION'S INTENT TO
PAY CERTAIN EXPENSES INCURRED FOR LOCAL
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN OR SERVING THE
SAMPLE -EWING ALLOCATION AREA (SOUTH
BEND ALLOCATION AREA NO. 8) FROM THE
SAMPLE -EWING ALLOCATION AREA (SOUTH
BEND ALLOCATION AREA NO. 8) SPECIAL FUND
AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID
APPROPRIATION AT 10:00 A.M., FEBRUARY 18,
2005.
