Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2132 determining the Commission's intent to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. IA) from the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. IA) Special Fund and setting a Public Hearing on said appropriation at 10:00 a.m., February 18, 2005. C. Sample -Ewing Development Area (1) Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 2129 determining the Commission's intent to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the Sample - Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 8) from the Sample - Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 8) Special Fund and setting a Public Hearing on said appropriation at 10:00 a.m., February 18, 2005. Mr. Inks reported that Resolution No. 2129 relates to the Sample -Ewing Development Area TIF allocation and appropriation for the year 2005. Resolution No. 2129 also sets a public hearing on those appropriations for Friday, February 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at a Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission. IA) SPECIAL FUND AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID APPROPRIATION AT 10:00 A.M., FEBRUARY 18, 2005.
