Morris in the amount of $350,000
for property located at 412 S. Lafayette Blvd.
in the South Bend Central Development
Area.
(4) Commission approval requested for
Resolution No. 2154 approving the
Assignment of Redevelopment Agreement
between the Commission and Crowe
Chizek and Company, LLP.
Mr. Livingston reported that Crowe Chizek
and Company is going through a corporate
restructuring. They are moving some
properties into other entities. Under a
previous redevelopment contract, there is a
requirement that the Commission is entitled
to a sixty (60) day notice of the restructuring.
Crowe Chizek intends to reorganize on
April 1, 2005 and therefore falls short of the
sixty (60) day notice. Resolution No. 2154
requests a waiver of that notice. Crowe
IL11
COMMISSION APPROVED THE COUNTER -OFFER
FROM MICHAEL J. MORRIS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$350,000 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 412 S.
LAFAYETTE BLVD. IN THE SOUTH BEND
CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA.
