Other <br />(1) continued... <br />Ms. Greene noted that all contractors were <br />MAI certified and indicated the same time <br />frame of 30 days. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />professional services at 24800, 24810 and <br />24820 Lincolnway West and authorized staff <br />to retain R. E. McCloskey & Associates and <br />R. E. Pitt & Associates based on the scope of <br />services and fee proposed. (Appraisal <br />services) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services (Title <br />Work, 24800, 24810, and 24820 LWW) <br />Mr. Williams reported that staff received a <br />proposal for title work on three properties <br />located at 24800, 24810 and 24820 <br />Lincolnway West in preparation for possible <br />acquisition.
