Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />of the various elevations it contains. <br />Majority is improving the lot to make it a <br />developable site by taking fill from another <br />project site currently being worked on and <br />putting that fill on Lot 2A. The goal is for <br />Majority Builders to complete development <br />of property adjacent to Lot 2A, while <br />ultimately also making Lot 2A developable. <br />The Commission previously approved the <br />transaction by the adoption of a separate <br />resolution authorizing the sale. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the execution of the <br />Ii Contract for Sale of Land for Private <br />Development. (RMS Development, LLP, <br />Lot 2A Toll Road Industrial Park) <br />F. South Bend Medical Services District <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Engagement Letter from Crowe Chizek <br />and Company, LLC to perform financial <br />advisory services related to the proposed <br />Bartlett Street Relocation Project. <br />Mr. Inks reported that the proposal from <br />Crowe Chizek contains a normal scope of <br />services and a reasonable fee of $30,000 to <br />perform financial advisory services related to <br />the Bartlett Street relocation project. The <br />Commission is in the process of issuing a <br />TIF revenue bond in the amount of <br />21 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE EXECUTION OF THE <br />CONTRACT FOR SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE <br />DEVELOPMENT.
