Housing <br />(3) continued... <br />Improvement Program for property located at <br />1429 Mishawaka Avenue. (Mary Beier) <br />(4) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the South <br />Bend Home Improvement Program for <br />property located at 746 Whitehall Drive. <br />(Mary Ann Suggs & Deric V. Wilson) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the loan is for <br />$12,100 and the grant is $11,902.03. <br />Ms. Tomchak noted that this application is <br />different than usual in that the loans are <br />usually due on sale. Mary Ann Suggs and <br />Deric Wilson qualify under a different part of <br />the guidelines and will have a monthly <br />payment. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND GRANT <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOUTH BEND HOME <br />Commission approved the loan and grant in IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 746 WHITEHALL DRIVE.
