�9 <br />G <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — October 21, 2005 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />C. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(6) continued... <br />between the Commission and the property <br />owners. Under the terms of the purchase <br />agreement, title to this property is assigned to <br />TRANSPO to facilitate its operations at the <br />South Street Station. Resolution No. 2191 <br />provides for the transfer of title to the South <br />Bend Public Transportation Corporation <br />consistent with the procedure established by <br />Indiana Code which permits property <br />between two governmental entities to transfer <br />property by way of matching resolutions., It <br />is expected that TRANSPO will adopt a <br />matching resolution at its next meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2191 <br />approving transfer of property to the South <br />Bend Public Transportation Corporation <br />related to property located at 117 West South <br />Street. <br />D. Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for demolition and site work in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Bosch project). <br />Mr. Witwer noted that Warner & Sons has <br />submitted a proposal to demolish all <br />remaining structures in the Bosch project <br />area for a cost of $59,170, subject to an <br />agreement in a form acceptable to legal <br />9 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2191 <br />APPROVING TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO THE <br />SOUTH BEND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION . <br />CORPORATION RELATED TO PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 117 WEST SOUTH STREET <br />
