South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — October 21, 2005 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />counsel for Bosch Corporation to reimburse <br />the Commission for said demolition. After <br />discussion with legal counsel and Bosch, a <br />letter has been drafted and terms of <br />reimbursement have been established. Staff <br />recommends accepting the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area and <br />accepted the proposal from Warner & Sons <br />for the scope of services and fee proposed, <br />IL and authorized staff to submit a letter <br />agreement to Bosch Corporation for <br />reimbursement for said demolition. <br />F. South Bend Medical Services District <br />G. West Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />H. South Side Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Deed <br />of Easement to AEP. (Erskine <br />Commons/Lowes project) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that AEP submitted a <br />request for an easement across Commission <br />owned property at 4201 S. Main Street. In an <br />effort to move forward with a power line <br />relocation project associated with the Erskine <br />Commons/Lowes project, AEP has begun a <br />complete redesign of its south side network <br />to accommodate a series of line moves that <br />10 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA AND <br />ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM WARNER & <br />SONS FOR THE SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />PROPOSED, AND AUTHORIZED STAFF TO SUBMIT <br />A LETTER AGREEMENT TO BOSCH CORPORATION <br />FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR SAID DEMOLITION <br />
