South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />(Lease, Sycamore St. parking lot) <br />Mr. Inks asked that Item 6.C.(1) be <br />withdrawn. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by ITEM 6.C. (1) WAS WITHDRAWN <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission acknowledged the withdrawal <br />of item 6.C.(1). <br />(2) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Retail space, Wayne St. Parking <br />Garage) <br />Mr. Inks asked that Item 6.C.(1) be <br />withdrawn. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by ITEM 6.C. (1) WAS WITHDRAWN <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission acknowledged the withdrawal <br />of item 6.C.(1). <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2190 approving the fair <br />reuse value of property in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Osco Drug <br />Store) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that Resolution No. 2190 <br />establishes the fair reuse value of the former <br />Osco's Drug Store building as $480,000, <br />established by the average of two certified <br />appraisals. She noted for the record that the <br />appraisal from Jerome Michaels valued the <br />property assuming certain repairs would be <br />6 <br />
