REGULAR MEETING TUNE 15, 2011 31 <br />effective June 9, 2011. Chief Boykins stated in his Letter, that Patrolman Borrell was sworn on the <br />department on August 25, 2010. Upon a motion trade by Mr. BonDurant, seconded by Ms. Vasquez <br />and carried, the request for the resignation effective June 9, 2011, was accepted and approved. <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — MAY 2011 <br />Mr. Cottrell indicated that unless there were questions or objections by members of the Board, the <br />statistical analysis report for the month of May, 2011, as submitted by the Police Department, would <br />be accepted for filing. The <br />grant is for the award of a grant in the amount of $15,701.00 to the County Police Department and <br />$105,137.00 to the South Bend Police Department. There being nobody present wishing to speak, <br />Mr. BonDurant made a motion to accept the grant. Ms. Vasquez seconded the motion, which carried. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — MAY 2011 <br />Chief Howard Buchanan submitted to the Board the monthly report for the month of May 2011 <br />compiled by the Prevention/Inspection Bureau of the Fire Department.
