Public Hearings <br />(3) continued . 16 10 <br />Commission's regular meeting on. <br />November 2. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Icing, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously eaiTled, the <br />Commission rescheduled the Public Hearing <br />on Resolution No. 2383 to 10:00 a.m., <br />November 2, Zoo. <br />Mr. Inks noted for anyone interested in <br />attending that public bearing, the <br />November 21, 2007 meeting will tape place at <br />Madison Center in the Meting Room West. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2383. <br />Action on this item tabled Until. November <br />following the Public Hearing. <br />Mr. Inks asked that Item 6.G.(1), (2) and (3) be moved <br />up on the agenda. These items include a public hearing <br />which is more appropriate at this point in the meeting. <br />There was no objection and the items were so moved. <br />G. Douglas Road Economic Development Area <br />(1) approval requested for <br />Resolution loo. 2390 authorizing the <br />issuance of City of South Bend, :Indiana, <br />Redevelopment District Tax Increment <br />Revenue Bonds of 2007, <br />Mr. Inks noted that these flems were late <br />additions to the agenda. Staff expected <br />negotiations would be further along, so a <br />COMMISSION RESCHEDULED 11-IF PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON RESOLUTION No. _3 -1- <br />10:00 A.M., NovEMBER 2, 2007. <br />
