This is around the corner <br />from the museum that South Bend. Heritage <br />jut did the acquisition, site assembly, the <br />construction manage lent, and a lot of the <br />predevelo ment work. We are doing the <br />same thing for the K oC center right down <br />the street. This is part of our rebuilding the <br />Near Westside neighborhood. <br />Mr. Peczkowsl is So what do you anticipate <br />as far as revenues? Is there going to be a fee <br />to enter? <br />GIs. Sobel: No. This is a free facility. <br />Mr. Pec lows is So you are raising money <br />how? <br />1s. Sobel: We are writing grants. <br />Mr. Pec owski: So grants will be the way <br />that it's going to be paid for forever. <br />30 <br />
