Staff recommends <br />approval of the proposal from Wightman <br />Petrie in the amount of $1700. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr..Do nes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal and accepted the proposal from <br />Wig tman Petrie for the scope of services <br />and fee proposed. <br />(3) Commission approval requested . or <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economie .Development Area., <br />(Appraisals, 1624 and 1630 Maplewood <br />Ave.) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that the owners of the two <br />properties have expressed an interest in being <br />acquired by the Commission. Two appraisals <br />are needed for each property. Proposals have <br />been received from Witt Appraisals and <br />Christopher Michaels in the amount of $1 000 <br />and $700 respectively.
