Taxes are <br />included in the CAM charges. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously eamed, the <br />Commission accepted the Fetter of Intent <br />from Christian Science Reading Rooms. for <br />129 S. Michigan St. and authorized staff to <br />negotiate teens of a lease, <br />(4) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (vacant lot next to Commerce <br />Center, east and adjacent to 312 E. <br />LaSalle) <br />Ms. La Urent noted that the Commission owns <br />a parcel of land described as a vacant lot east <br />and adjacent to 31.2 E LaSalle St., about .1. <br />acres. <br />Resolution No. 2322 set the fair market reuse <br />value of the property at $9,400. Bid <br />specif icattons were issued and advertised for <br />receipt on May 4, 2007. No bids were <br />received. <br />Staff has had conversations regarding the <br />property with CB Richard Ellis <br />representatives, agents for Tycore, Ltd., the <br />owner of the Commerce Center building and <br />several parcels comprising its surrounding <br />surface parting lots.
