Tax Abatements <br />() continued... <br />Taxes to be abated during the five-year <br />abatement period are estimated at $2,895 per <br />year for each home (total $11,580). Taxes to <br />be paid during the five-year abatement period <br />are estimated at $1,370 per year for each <br />home (total $5,480). <br />Mr. King noted that there seems to be a <br />mistake in Exhibit A. The legal description <br />lists 1342 Bissell two times and omits 1338 <br />Bissell. Tax key number 18-5086-3061 is the <br />vacant lot at 1338 Bissell. <br />Mr. King made a motion that Resolution <br />No. 2317 be adopted as corrected. Mr. <br />Downes seconded the motion.
