Public Hearings <br />(15) continued... <br />a copy of Resolution No. 2293, a copy of <br />Resolution No. 2304, a copy of the Notice of <br />Hearing on Resolution No. 2304, and <br />affidavits from the South Bend Tribune and <br />Tri-County News stating that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in those newspapers <br />on January 5, 2007. <br />Mr. Inks also noted that the allocation for the <br />South Side Development Area Allocation <br />Area No. 1 Special Fund is $62,283. <br />A consolidated public hearing will be held <br />following the staff presentations as noted <br />above. <br />(17) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2305 <br />setting a public hearing on the <br />appropriation of tax increment financing <br />revenues from Allocation Area No. 2 Fund <br />for the payment of certain obligations <br />related to the South Side Development <br />Area Allocation Area No. 2 and other <br />related matters. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 2305 is <br />being withdrawn. The South Side <br />Development Area Allocation Area No. 2 <br />Special Fund is dedicated to paying debt <br />service on the outstanding bonds. Bond <br />payments do not begin until 2008, so no <br />allocation is needed. <br />(19) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2306, <br />appropriating tax increment financing <br />revenues from Allocation Area No. 3 Fund <br />9 <br />
