Public Hearings <br />(11) continued... <br />A consolidated public hearing will be held <br />following the staff presentations as noted <br />above. <br />(13) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2303, a <br />Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (DMSD Allocation Area) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing file for <br />Resolution No. 2303 is complete. It contains <br />a copy of Resolution No. 2292, a copy of <br />Resolution No. 2303, a copy of the Notice of <br />Hearing on Resolution No. 2303, and <br />affidavits from the South Bend Tribune and <br />Tri-County News stating that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in those newspapers <br />on January 5, 2007. <br />Mr. Inks also noted that the allocation for the <br />Downtown Medical Services District Special <br />Fund is $1,131,953. <br />A consolidated public hearing will be held <br />following the staff presentations as noted <br />above. <br />(15) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2304, <br />appropriating tax increment financing <br />revenues from Allocation Area No. l Fund <br />for the payment of certain obligations and <br />expenses related to the South Side <br />Development Area Allocation Area No. 1. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing file for <br />Resolution No. 2304 is complete.
