South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting -January 19, 2007 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) A. Public Hearings (14) Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 2303. Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2303, a Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. (DMSD Allocation Area) (16) Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 2304. Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No.2304, appropriating tax increment financing revenues from Allocation Area No. 1 Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the South Side Development Area Allocation Area No. 1. (20) Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 2306. Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2306, appropriating tax increment financing revenues from Allocation Area No. 3 Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the South Side Development Area Allocation Area No. 3. Mr. King noted that the staff reports and public hearing were expedited, but they represent a lot of work by the staff to plan and prepare budgets for the various accounts.
