South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting —June 28, 2011 and construction plans for the realignment and construction of new roadways related to the Hutsfield Square subdivision project at the northeast corner of Mayflower and Cleveland Road. The plan was amended with Supplement #1 on February 28, 2011, to expand the scope of the contract. Resolution No. 2908 adds the Mayflower Realignment and Improvement Project the Master Agency Agreement. The Amendment will approve the Project Close -out Proposal for Planning Services, Survey Services and Engineering Services related to the Hutsfield Square subdivision project. The total amount of this project close -out proposal is $51,550, bringing the total spent on predevelopment services for this project to $209,875. Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2908. Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2908 amending the addendum to the Master Agency Agreement for the Mayflower Realignment and Improvement Project — Supplement #2. (3) Proposal for Professional Design Services for design and construction oversight of the Oliver Industrial Park memorial and Walkway project. Mr. Schalliol noted that Danch, Hamer & Associates has submitted a proposal to close out the design and construction oversight of the Oliver Industrial Park Memorial and Walkway project on Saturday, August 20, 2011, for a not -to- exceed amount of $4,500.00 and would aid in project management for the final project details including signage installation, light installation and coordination, landscape in- 25 COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2908 AMENDING THE ADDENDUM TO THE MASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR THE MAYFLOWER REALIGNMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - SUPPLEMENT #2.
