South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 28, 2011 <br />and construction plans for the realignment <br />and construction of new roadways related to <br />the Hutsfield Square subdivision project at <br />the northeast corner of Mayflower and <br />Cleveland Road. The plan was amended <br />with Supplement #1 on February 28, 2011, to <br />expand the scope of the contract. Resolution <br />No. 2908 adds the Mayflower Realignment <br />and Improvement Project the Master Agency <br />Agreement. The Amendment will approve <br />the Project Close -out Proposal for Planning <br />Services, Survey Services and Engineering <br />Services related to the Hutsfield Square <br />subdivision project. The total amount of this <br />project close -out proposal is $51,550, <br />bringing the total spent on predevelopment <br />services for this project to $209,875. Staff <br />requests approval of Resolution No. 2908. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2908 <br />amending the addendum to the Master <br />Agency Agreement for the Mayflower <br />Realignment and Improvement Project — <br />Supplement #2. <br />(3) Proposal for Professional Design Services <br />for design and construction oversight of <br />the Oliver Industrial Park memorial and <br />Walkway project. <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Danch, Hamer & <br />Associates has submitted a proposal to close <br />out the design and construction oversight of <br />the Oliver Industrial Park Memorial and <br />Walkway project on Saturday, August 20, <br />2011, for a not -to- exceed amount of <br />$4,500.00 and would aid in project <br />management for the final project details <br />including signage installation, light <br />installation and coordination, landscape in- <br />25 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2908 <br />AMENDING THE ADDENDUM TO THE MASTER <br />AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR THE MAYFLOWER <br />REALIGNMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - <br />SUPPLEMENT #2. <br />
