South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting —June 14, 2011
Valerie Schey
1314 E. Wayne St. North
South Bend, IN 46615
618111 Letter:
June 8, 2011
South Bend Redevelopment Commission
1200 County City Building
227 W. The current building is a poor reflection of
what our community is capable of and; sadly for
our handicap visitors the building is not handicap
accessible.
• SBACC has several structural issues as a result
of its age. For example, the building has appalling
drainage problems due to the aging plumbing.
• Another issue with the building is the lack of
7
