Danch, President of Dance, Horner & Associates with offices located at 1643 <br />Commerce Drive in South Bend made the formal presentation. He stated that this is <br />the John Roy property who plans to develop single-family attached units. Mortgage <br />lenders prefer that the person owns the property for financing purposes. <br />There was no one present to speak in favor or in opposition to the Bill. <br />Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Pfeifer that Bill No. 07-49 be <br />recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br />Miscellaneous Business: <br />Council Member Kirsits Hated that a meeting was held recently to receive information <br />from the Area Plan staff to highlight proposed .changes to Chapter 21 addressing the <br />zoning ordinance.
