Sec. 13-444 96. Penalties and confiscation of firearms. <br /> (a) Any person fad intentionally displaying a firearm in violation of this division <br /> Article shall be issued an ordinance violation citation with a fine of W to fifty dollars ($50.00) <br /> two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) fines fef=all subseqiaeta vielations. Citations shall <br /> contain the date, time, name, and address of the violator, the Code section violated, the nature of <br /> the violation, location of the violation, and the name of the person issuing the citation. The <br /> citation shall have instructions thereon as to the disposition of the citation. <br /> (b) Any firearm feted displayed in violation of this Division Article shall may be <br /> seized and cometed held for evidence. Said firearm may only be returned upon proof of <br /> payment of any and all citations issued for such violation(s), and upon providing valid proof of <br /> ownership of said firearm; _ upon sueeessful eempletien of all edueational seminars, and Upen <br /> (e) Penalties up to a total of twe thousand five htmdred dellafs ($2,500.00) for all <br /> (d} Additienally, any persan fetmd in vi-elatie-n of this divisien, shall be required to <br /> attend and sueeessfully complete a A-f w— ",I\ 11 <br /> and pef-fer-in a miRimttm of twenty (20) heu-,s of eemmunily sefviee for- eaeh violation. Chapter 13, Article 10, Sections13117 through 13122 are hereby deleted <br /> and reserved. <br /> Section VIII. All Division titles of Chapter 13, Article 10, are hereby deleted. <br /> Section IX. Chapter 13, Article 10, Sections 13-97 through 13-122 are hereby reserved. <br /> Section X.
