However, the absence of a sign shall not be a defense to <br /> an ordinance violation under this Article if the Defendant had knowled e of the prohibition <br /> against intentionally displgying firearms in public meetings. <br /> Section VI. Chapter 13, Article 10, Section 13-111 is hereby renumbered as Section 13- <br /> 96 and amended to read as follows: <br />
