receipt of the report shall govern If a report is due on a date that does not <br /> fall on a normal business da t�e report shall be considered timely if it is <br /> received on the next normal business day. <br /> � Recordkeeping <br /> Users subject to the reporting requirements of this ordinance shall <br /> . retain and make available for inspection and copyin�, all records of <br /> information obtained pursuant to any monitoring activities required b �� <br /> ordinance any additional records of information obtained pursuant to <br /> monitorin� activities undertaken by the User independent of such <br /> requirements and documentation associated with Best Mana e�ment <br /> Practices established under Section 17-8. Records shall include the date, <br /> exact place method and time of samplin�, and the name of the person(s) <br /> takin�the samples• the dates analyses were performed; who performed the <br /> analyses• the analytical techniques or methods used; any information used <br /> to demonstrate that the anal�is was performed in accordance with <br /> methods approved in 40 CFR Part 136; and the results of such anal�s. <br /> These records shall remain available for a period of at least three (3�Years• <br /> This period shall be automatically extended for the duration of anv <br /> liti�ation concernin� the User or the City, or where the User has been <br /> specifically notified of a lon�er retention period by the Director. <br /> � Certification Statements <br /> a. Certification of Permit Applications and User Reports. <br /> The followin� certification statement is required to be <br /> signed and submitted by Users submittin�permit applications in <br /> accordance with Subsection (fl of this Section 17-10; Users <br /> submitting baseline monitoring reports under Subsection (0)(1) of <br /> this Section 17-10; Users submitting reports on compliance with <br /> the cate�orical Pretreatment Standard deadlines under Subsection <br /> �0)(3) of this Section 17-10; Users submitting periodic compliance <br /> reports required by Subsection (0)(4) or other required User <br /> reports. The followin� certification statement must be si n�ed b ��an <br /> Authorized Representative as defined in Division 1 of this Article: <br /> "I certi , under penalty of law that this document and all <br /> attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in <br /> accordance with a svstem designed to assure that qualified <br /> personnel properlv �ather and evaluate the information submitted. <br /> Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the <br /> svstem, or those persons directly responsible for gatherin� the <br /> 55 <br />
