a minimum, the following: <br /> a. Description of discharge practices, including non-routine <br /> batch discharges; <br /> b. Description of stored chemicals; <br /> c. Procedures for immediately notifying the Director of any <br /> accidental or sSlug�Discharge, as required hereafter; <br /> d. Procedures to prevent adverse impact from any accidental <br /> or sSlug �Discharge. Such procedures include, but are not <br /> limited to, inspection and maintenance of storage areas, <br /> handling and transfer of materials, loading and unloading <br /> operations, control of plant site runoff, worker training, <br /> building of containment structures or equipment, measures <br /> for containing toxic organic pollutants, including solvents, <br /> and/or measures and equipment for emergency response. <br /> (2) Dischargers shall notify the Director immediately upon the <br /> occurrence of a "slug" or accidental discharge of substances prohibited by <br /> this �Division. The notification shall include location of discharge, date <br /> and time of occurrence, type of waste, concentration and volume, and <br /> corrective actions. Immediate notification may be verbal, followed by a <br /> written verification within five (5) days of the incident. <br /> �3) Dischargers shall notif�the Director immediately if any chan�is <br /> occur at the facility that affect the potential for a slug or accidental <br /> dischar�e. Additionally dischargers with an approved slug or accidental <br /> dischar��lan shall submit a revised plan if an�changes occur at the <br /> facilitv that affect the potential for a slug or accidental dischar�e. <br /> (-d-}� Hauled Wastewater <br /> � Septic tank waste mav be introduced into the POTW only at locations <br /> desi�nated by the Director, and at such times as are established by the <br /> Director. Such waste shall not violate Section 17-8 of this Division or anv <br /> other requirements established bv the Citv. The Director ma�require <br /> septic tank waste haulers to obtain individual wastewater dischar�e <br /> ep rmits• <br /> � The Director may require haulers of industrial waste to obtain <br /> individual wastewater discharge permits. The Director also may require <br /> �enerators of hauled industrial waste to obtain individual wastewater <br /> � dischar�e permits. The Director also ma�prohibit the disposal of hauled <br /> 31 <br />
