Modifications to existing signal equipment if a signal will be recommended <br />TASK 6 — REPORT <br />This task will involve draft and final versions of the corridor study report. The report will outline <br />the conclusions reached as a result of the analyses and make geometric and traffic control <br />recommendations for each intersection within the study area, including signal upgrades <br />necessary as a result of the conversion. The report will also include a conceptual corridor <br />striping plan for both William Street and Lafayette Blvd. <br />The draft report will be submitted to the City for initial review. After comments are received, the <br />report will be revised to address comments and a final draft will be prepared. <br />TASK 7 — PRELIMINARY CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE <br />The first task will include a preliminary estimate of the construction costs associated with <br />converting both Williams St. and Lafayette Blvd. for the City to utilize for budgetary purposes. <br />The preliminary cost estimate will be updated after the City has reviewed the report and has <br />agreed to the recommended improvements. <br />FEES <br />The total lump sum fee to provide the tasks outlined in the Scope of Services is as follows: <br />8 700.00 <br />Task 1 — Project Management <br />$ <br />Task 2 — Topographic Survey <br />$ 6,000.00 <br />Task 3 — Data Collection <br />$26,760.00 <br />Task 4 — Trip Redistribution & Traffic Assignment <br />$23,360.00 <br />Task 5 — Analysis <br />$36,120.00 <br />Task 6 — Report <br />$23,700.00 <br />Task 7 — Preliminary Construction Cost Estimates <br />$ 2.720.00 <br />Total Professional Services Lump Sum Fee: $127,360.00 <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />Be advised that the services and fees quoted above do not include the following activities or <br />services: <br />1. Engineering Design of Any Recommended Improvements* <br />2. Reimbursable Fees <br />*These services can be provided by Wightman Petrie and would be subject to a new and <br />separate agreement. <br />rM <br />
