CM <br />Ignition Park Architectural Review Board, Rules of Procedure <br />IX. Minutes <br />The Chairperson, or its designee, shall maintain minutes of the relevant discussion topics <br />and recommendations of the ARB members. Such minutes shall be approved by the <br />ARB and maintained as a part of the permanent record of the application, proposal or <br />special matter being discussed. <br />The Chairperson shall provide an informational summary report of ARB comments and <br />recommendations to the Redevelopment Commission on any application considered by <br />the ARB. <br />X. Amendments <br />Amendments to these Rules of Procedure shall be made by the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission upon the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of <br />the Redevelopment Commission. <br />XI. Adoption <br />The foregoing Rules of Procedure of the Ignition Park Architectural Review Board for <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, were adopted by the affirmative vote of the members of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission on the day of March, 2011, <br />with an effective date of the 1 st day of April, 2011. <br />ARB -4 <br />City of South Bend <br />City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />Marcia I.
