<br />A. Communication from South Bend Common
<br />Council regarding proposed additional funds
<br />for animal shelter at 521 Eclipse Place.
<br />Mr. Inks noted that two communications were
<br />received related to the proposed animal shelter.
<br />The first was from seven members of the Common
<br />Council. Mr. Inks summarized the following letter
<br />at the meeting, which letter is included below in its
<br />entirety.
