(ZCI <br />Demolition Inspection Services, former <br />Stokowski building on Lafayette). <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that as the city prepares <br />for demolition of the former Ziolkowski <br />Construction properties, the city needs some <br />additional outside services and staff to <br />provide environmental oversight. Wightman <br />Petrie has submitted a proposal in the amount <br />of $9,300 to provide such services. They are <br />also performing similar services during the <br />demolition of the AirGas property, <br />previously approved by the Commission. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution <br />No. 2877. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2877 <br />approving and authorizing the execution of <br />an amendment to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement. (ZCI Demolition <br />Inspection Services, former Stokowski <br />building on Lafayette). <br />(6) Resolution No. 2882 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br />to the Master Agency Agreement (Schaffer <br />Gear Metronet Conduit Project). <br />Mr. Inks noted and reported that staff is <br />requesting $60,000 for conduit to bring <br />Metronet services to Schafer Gear Works. <br />Currently the conduit ends at Moreau Court. <br />22 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2877 <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ADDENDUM TO THE <br />MASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT.
