Member l~irsits called for a presentation on lull No. ~Jfi-27 which is a proposed <br />resolution to adapt a written fiscal plan and establish a policy for services to the l~endall Weiss, <br />I~f,l' Annexation Area located in Centre T'owr~ship. <br />Marco Mariam of the Department of Ca~n]nunity and Econo~~ic I)eveiopment made tl~e <br />presentation. lie noted that the proposed annexation area consists of £i~.94 acres of vacant, <br />unin~~roved land which is located in Centre Township. It would be west of the current <br />La~'aYette I~alls residential subdivision which is sa~.~th of Kern Road. Ail. public i~x~provem.ents <br />would be at the developer's expense. lie them reviewed the written fiscal Ilan which is ~rsarked <br />Exhibit A and is attached to Bill No. ~~-2'? copy attached}. lie highlighted on page 9 of the <br />exhifait that the western edge of the a3tnexation area, is adjacent to an abandoned rail road <br />corridor which has been identified as a potential trail corridor in a regional greenway system. Spier of Al~ot~marehe with. ofiiccs at 75~ l~incol.nway East made the presentation. Mr. <br />Spier states that the property would be divides into l€i2 lots and would Dave lorries built. on <br />them ranginw~ in value l-torn 1.75,x()0 to ~3513,D0(~.
