6. Provide a sidewalk design on the east side of Miami Street from the north entrance of <br />Erskine Golf Course to approximately Byron Drive. This project will be quoted <br />separately from the Ireland Road Improvements Project. Services include preparing <br />the quote documents, sending out quote request letters, attending a pre -quote <br />meeting, reviewing the quotes, and providing an award recommendation. No <br />construction observation services are included. <br />7. Re- design of Signal details for High Street and Ireland Road which includes a new <br />Maintenance of Traffic detail at request of City Engineering. <br />8. Sign Placement Analysis, Sign Design, and Implementation <br />A. Site Survey: Site Enhancement Services (SES) will perform an inclusive <br />site survey with the purpose of identifying "best placement" alternatives for <br />the existing Martin's Supermarket multi- tenant sign. SES will work with <br />client to analyze existing structures as well as planned improvements to <br />the Ireland Road corridor and surrounding area. SES will provide graphic <br />and written explanation of the findings of the research. <br />B. Sign Design: SES will utilize existing golf course logos and branding <br />themes when determining sign design and sign placement of proposed <br />monument style signs at the Erskine Park Golf Course. Elements of <br />design will include (but not be limited to): Logo layout, font style, graphic <br />manufacturing specifications, practical visibility of signage at two locations <br />(intersection location and Fellows Street), etc. <br />C. Implementation: SES will seek all municipal approvals as necessary for <br />the placement locations and size of both the golf course monument style <br />signs as well as the Martin's Supermarket multi- tenant freestanding sign. <br />l SES will NOT secure physical sign permits from the municipality as part of <br />this proposal. <br />Additional Estimated Fee: $47,192.00 <br />This amendment is subject to the General Terms and Conditions included in the original <br />contract. <br />If the information provided above meets with your approval, please sign this amendment and <br />send a copy back to us as notice to proceed with the additional work.
