Not more than 10 mg/l <br />As defined by origin, wastewaters from segregated domestic and /or <br />sanitary conveniences as distinct from industrial processes. <br />NPDES permit means National pollutant discharge elimination system <br />permit setting forth conditions for the discharge of any pollutant or combination <br />of pollutants to the navigable waters of the United States pursuant to Section 402 <br />of Public Law 95 -217. <br />fggg) Operation and maintenance cost means and includes all costs, direct and <br />indirect, necessary to provide adequate wastewater collection, transport and <br />treatment on a continuing basis and produce discharges to receiving waters that <br />conform with all related Federal, State and local requirements.
