Approved additional services will be billed according to the Hourly Rates shown on Attachment <br />C. <br />CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. Right of way parcel descriptions and plats. <br />2. Final right of way plans. <br />3. Information on prior contact with land owners by City of South Bend or LFA personnel. <br />AR 11"N <br />SCHEDULE OF SERVICES <br />Total Acquisition Parcels <br />Based on City of South Bend and LFA project schedule, there are seven (7) total acquisition parcels with <br />Right of Way Acquisition Services to begin in accordance with the identified schedule of services for <br />the total acquisition parcels in January 2011, upon DLZ receipt of a signed proposal /subconsultant <br />agreement, notice to proceed and receipt of legal descriptions and right of way parcel plats prepared and <br />provided by LFA. <br />Partial Acquisition and Temporary Right of Way Parcels <br />Right of Way Acquisition Services for partial acquisition and temporary right of way parcels will <br />commence upon receipt of legal descriptions and right of way parcel plats as prepared throughout the <br />development of the design. DLZ proposes to initiate the Scope of Services outlined above for partial <br />acquisition and temporary right of way parcels, in accordance with the identified schedule of services, <br />based on an anticipated notice to proceed and receipt of legal descriptions and right of way parcel plats <br />for groupings of up to seven (7) parcels. <br />Schedule of Services <br />1. Appraisal problem analysis completed within 30 days after notice to proceed and receipt of parcel <br />legal descriptions and right -of -way parcel plats from LFA. <br />2. Appraisals to be completed within 60 days of receipt of appraisal problem analysis. <br />3. Relocation coordination activities will commence at time of initiation of appraisal services on those <br />
