It is DLZ's understanding the City of South Bend will be the <br />relocation agent and DLZ will provide assistance. <br />D. Closing Services <br />1. Deliver checks to the land owners to complete the land purchase. <br />2. Obtain County Assessor's approval of the sales disclosure forms, verification of tax <br />identification numbers and Assessor stamp on documents prior to submission to County <br />Auditor. <br />3. Obtain County Auditor's approval of the deeds and sales disclosure forms and obtain Auditor <br />stamp on documents for recording. <br />4. Submit deeds to the County Recorder office for recording. <br />5. Procure original recorded documents subsequent to completion of recording activities. <br />6. Prepare final R/W Parcel File for submission to City of South Bend. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />1. Appraisal problem analysis documents for City of South Bend approval. <br />2. Appraisals for each parcel. <br />3. Review appraisals for each parcel. <br />4. Just compensation form to be submitted for approval. <br />5. Deeds and vouchers for City of South Bend approval and processing. <br />6. Donation, resolution and /or conveyance documents to establish appropriate ownership and intent of <br />ownership for roadway purposes for current City of South Bend owned parcels as identified in <br />Attachment A. <br />7. Original recorded documents. <br />8. Executed buyer documents. <br />9. Final R/W Parcel Files for City of South Bend records. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The following additional services, not included in the above scope, may be provided as desired or <br />necessary: <br />1. Right of way staking to be performed by LFA as needed. <br />2. Services of professional appraisers or negotiators as needed for condemnation. <br />
