IN <br />2. For any special meeting of the Commission, such documents shall be filed <br />and notice provided to allow the same period of time for consideration by <br />Commissioners as set forth in the proceeding paragraph, unless such <br />period of time is changed by the affirmative vote of the Commissioners. <br />3. The following matters may be filed with the Executive Director of the <br />Commission no later than Noon on the business day before a Commission <br />meeting and included on a revised agenda, provided that the text of all <br />such proposals together with the revised agenda is provided to all <br />Commissioners, by the preferred method of delivery for each <br />Commissioner, no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting: <br />a. Proposed contracts for professional engineering services relating to <br />property owned by the Commission or property in which the <br />Commission has expressed an interest in purchasing. <br />b. Proposed contracts for professional title services for property <br />owned by the Commission or property in which the Commission <br />has expressed an interest in purchasing. <br />C. Proposed contracts for survey services for property owned by the <br />Commission or property in which the Commission has expressed <br />an interest in purchasing. <br />d. Proposals for Phase I environmental services for property owned <br />by the Commission or property in which the Commission has <br />expressed an interest in purchasing. <br />e. Proposals for appraisal services for property owned by the <br />Commission or property in which the Commission has expressed <br />an interest in purchasing. <br />4. Matters which are not filed with the Executive Director and transmitted to <br />the Commissioners as provided in this Resolution may be considered at <br />the discretion of the Executive Director only with the concurrence of the <br />Commissioner designated to act as President at the meeting during which <br />the matter is to be considered, unless the above provisions are waived by a <br />concurrence of at least three of the Commissioners. <br />5. The Executive Director of the Commission is authorized and directed to <br />implement the provisions contained in this Resolution. <br />6. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption. <br />2 <br />
