MF 1 to <br />MU~ Seven (7} letters were received in opposition and nine {9) persons spoke against the <br />reslaaest. The staff anal the Coaraanission believe that the proposed use is t~~o intense. <br />Doris Portalese with offices at ?914) North G rape Road made the presentation on behalf of tl~e <br />petitioner Joe Grabill. She noted that they ~~~et vritla the I~lear l~lorthyvest Neighborhood <br />Neighborhood group who told them that they had #o go against the request. <br />No one froar- the public spoke in favor of the Bill.. <br />Those in apposition. included Connie Tooley ~vho lives on West LaSalle and also owns the <br />pa~operties located at 31.7 ae~d 31 ~ IaaSalle.
