The ENGINEER shall identify areas where land acquisition would be required to <br />construct the project. If requested by the OWNER, the ENGINEER shall obtain <br />title abstracting and shall prepare plats and legal descriptions for up to 4-0 & <br />parcels. <br />IX. Add_ Section R to Appendix "A" as follows: <br />R. The ENGINEER shall prepare construction plans for the items described <br />below (Bid Packages 1 & 2) (see Figure 2). The Bid Package 1 shall consist <br />of improvements along the streets including but not limited to pavement <br />replacement, new curb, sidewalks, tree lawns, irrigation system and <br />electrical services. New curb and gutter will be provided on Madison and <br />Lafayette Streets. Bid Package 2 shall consist of converting the block <br />bounded by Michigan, Main, LaSalle and Madison Streets into a <br />consolidated parking lot The parking lot shall not include the Burger King <br />Property located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Main Street <br />and LaSalle Street.
