Lg-' L7) Failure to accurately report noncompliance; <br />N M Any other violation(s) or group of violations which may include a <br />violation of Best Management Practices which the Bureau Director <br />determines will adversely affect the operation or implementation of the <br />local pPretreatment program. <br />iiii Slug (or slug load) sha44 means any discharge at a flow rate or concentration <br />which could cause a violation of the prohibited discharge standards set forth in <br />section 17 -8 herein, or any discharge of a non - routine, episodic nature, including, <br />but not limited to, an accidental spill or non- customary batch discharge'which has <br />a reasonable potential to cause Pass Through or Interference, or in any other way <br />violate Pretreatment Standards or Requirements. <br />Standard methods means the laboratory procedures approved by the EPA <br />and set forth in 40 CFR, Part 136. <br />k( kkk) Storm sewer means a sewer for conveying water, ground water or <br />unpolluted water from any source and to which sanitary and /or industrial wastes <br />are not intentionally admitted. <br />(11 1) Storm Water means any flow occurring during or following any form of <br />„y <br />natural precipitation, and resulting from such precipitation, including snowmelt. <br />mmmm Total solids means the sum of suspended and dissolved solids. <br />nnnn Total Suspended Solids or TSS or Suspended Solids or SS means the <br />total suspended matter that floats on the surface of, or is suspended in water, <br />wastewater, or other liquid, and that is removable by laboratory filtering.
