(Painting of the former Richey's <br /> Radiator building) <br /> (3) Resolution No. 2864 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an <br /> Amendment to the Addendum to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement with the Board <br /> of Public Works (Two Way Traffic Plan— <br /> Lafayette and William, Supplement #1) <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted attached Resolution No. <br /> 2864 approves an Amendment to the <br /> Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement <br /> for the two-way traffic plan for Lafayette and <br /> Williams Streets— Supplement#1. In <br /> February 2010, the City of South Bend hired <br /> Wightman Petrie to study and create a master <br /> plan for conversion of Lafayette and William <br /> Street to two-way traffic. After the <br /> completion of the report in March 2011, city <br /> staff met with Wightman Petrie staff and <br /> determined that some design revisions and <br /> additional study needed to be completed for <br /> the plan. Specifically on William Street, the <br /> additional work will develop a traffic control <br /> plan for the section of William from Western <br /> to Lincolnway. The additional work scope <br /> needed for Lafayette includes the <br /> modification of the plan concept to create a <br /> two way segment from Western to Wayne <br /> and from Lincolnway to Madison with the <br /> 5 <br />
