South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —April 12, 2011 <br />Mr. Schalliol gave a brief update on progress at the <br />Coveleski Stadium. The first phase is coming together. <br />They're working on the outside, the outfield, center field <br />entrance, starting construction on the ticket offices later <br />this week, sewer pipes, sidewalk improvements. We <br />expect to have everything complete by the end of June <br />or first of July. We now have ownership of the Michiana <br />Lock & Key building. They have started improvements <br />on their new building on the east bank. They expect to <br />be out of their old building by the 30th of June. We will <br />then tear that building down. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at <br />4:00 p.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT <br />Redevelopment Commission, Mr. Downes made a <br />motion that the meeting be adjourned.
