Gadacz, and unanimously carried, the Board instructed him to suspend and file charges against Officers Julius DeRose , Paul Polinski and C. E. Blake for conduct unbecoming an officer pendin� trial set for 9:00 1�.a:T. ?.Zonday, Au�ust 15 , 1932. The Board further instrueted 1�sst Chief Hamilton to discharge probationary officer FranY Kolas��,r from further duties and is not entitled to trial according to the rizles of this ,department.
