Jeff is assigned to the Rum Village Partnership Center and the Commercial <br /> Corridor Brownfields efforts. He will be a liaison with the Lincoln Way West Corridor, <br /> the Neighborhood Resources Corp., and the Rum Village Neighborhood Association, <br /> assisting them with developing and implementing project goals and objectives, as well as <br /> assisting with City Plan initiatives. Jeff will also assist with the administration of various <br /> federal grants that are available for neighborhood improvements. <br /> "Jeff's experience in planning and proactive community organizing is a perfect fit <br /> for the City of South Bend's community building initiatives.
