This <br />terminology is used below. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Grauvogel & Associates will provide the services of qualified asbestos inspectors, asbestos project <br />designers, professional engineers and support staff to perform the following: <br />• conduct an inspection of each structure to identify the types and quantities of suspect asbestos - <br />containing materials (ACM) present; to include friable RACM and potentially friable Category 1/II <br />non - friable ACM <br />• collect sufficient samples of the suspect ACM, and provide laboratory analysis by an EPA. <br />recognized laboratory to identify the ACM <br />• prepare a summary report of the types, locations and quantities of the ACM <br />17660 Fall Creek Drive • Granger, Indiana 46530 • Phone 574.277.4770 • Fax 574.277.5281 <br />
