As noted <br /> yesterday, the proposed ordinance includes several revisions from the <br /> Henry Davis, Jr. original version, such as: <br /> Second District <br /> Thomas LaFountain " Creating a 9-Member MBE/WBE Utilization Board which would work <br /> Third District closely with the Diversity Compliance Officer and the City <br /> Administration and the Common Council in developing policies aimed at <br /> Ann Puzzello eliminating barriers and promoting diversity, inclusion and participation <br /> Fourth District <br /> Developing a mechanism to assure compliance with federal, state and <br /> David Varner <br /> Fifth District local laws whereby each January an MBE/WBE Participation Report <br /> would be filed for Common Council review and discussion <br /> Oliver J. Davis <br /> Sixth District • Annually requiring all parties to meet and discuss how local regulations <br /> can be improved in order to seek greater effectiveness <br /> A!
