<br />BE IT FURTTTIER RESOLVED, That the Board -of Public Works fix the 19th., day
<br />of May,1915 A.D. at the' hour of 7:45 P.M. at the -office of the Board of Public- Works, of
<br />this City, as the time a -rid place for the public consideration of said proposed improvement
<br />at which said Board of Pl..blie Works will hear all persons interested,, or vhose property .
<br />is 'liable to be assessed for said improvement, anal will decide_ ts,tietiier tzi'e benefits to the
<br />property liable to be assessed for said improvement will equal the estimated cost thereof.
<br />Be It Further Resolved., That notice of the time and placeof such public
<br />consideration be published and mailed in the manner prodded by law. Notice of this resolu-
<br />tion shall be published on the 14th.,"day of Ap.il,1915 and on the 21st. day of Apri1,1915
<br />in the South Beria Daily Tribune.

<br />Theundersigned appointed appraisers in the above entitled
<br />cause hereby report that they took oath before the Clerk of this Court as required by-law
<br />and that on March 24th. 1915, they proceeded to view hhe proposed improvement and the real
<br />estate described in the petitions filed in this cause and. they now report after viewing such
<br />improvement and the premises described in the petition the assessments gomplained`of,in,the
<br />said petition are excessive and. they report that the real estate described .in said petition
<br />will be benefited by such improvement in the sum of $261.30, such benefits being divided as
<br />follows;: a

<br />six and' threefourths (6-3/41 feet west, of the southwest corner of lot No. thirty-one(31)
