612 rc ., Board met. in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing can assessment real and final estimate for pipe sewer on Calvert St. from the Bowman Creek Truk sever to Witwer Avenue, under Improvement Resol tion No 330. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the a eve matter no rend nstrators appeared,and no remonstrances were filed. The Board t leref'ore find that the property assessed in said roll s filed 1915 is benef'itted in, the amount of assessments as shimn on said rolls, and the Board further finds that the assessment rolls filed, and the final estimate allowed 1915, sho, .ld be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. f Hearing on assessment roll for pipe sewer on Virginia Strut from Indiana Avenue to Broadway Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 349. In the City of Scour h Bend, Indiaa.rba. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remenstraLnces were filed. The Board therefore fnd: that the property assessed in said roll's filed 1915 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as Ehorr on said rolls, and t e Board further find t taa.t the assessments rolls filed and the finial estimate a lei-�=ed 1915 should be ad the same are hereby in a -1_1 things ratified, coca irmed and approved. Complaint was rece'I"ved from Ralph N. Hewson in regard to pales and _guy wires on, Woodward Avenue. The same was referred to Mr. Thus Beaning for investigation. Resolution ordered for pavement on Vassar Avenue from Woodward Ave to 1 Portage Avenue. Petition filed with the Board for a pavement on Franklin Street from fW. Sample Street to W. Calvert Street.. the same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation. Change of grade on Dubeil Avenue between High Street and Dale Avenue ✓ was approved by the Beard. By unanimous consent of the Board the resolution nor the improvement of IVAllen. Street fromOkk Street to Van Buren Street -is hereby reconsidered and all previous action rescinded, on account of majority of remonstrabee being; on file. Contract for pipe surer on Grant Street from Division Street to Huron, Street was awarded to He;lry De Ves. In. regard to the hearing on the assessment r;ill for thewir-erring of Terrace Avenue from Woodward Avenue to Portage, the Board decided to de.f'er all ,action on same until Tuesd4y April 6th.11915 at 7:45 P.I. The City Engineer made reprt regarding the complaint of Vincent Jastro :eski relative to defective sidewalk at the SE corner of Huron Street and Pulaski Sts, hat he finds two blacks defective. The Board instucte3d the Clerk to notify Joseph Szweda contractor on said work to make tie necessary repirs at once. All action on potion for grade., curb axis walk on Lafayette Street from Broadway to Indiana Ave sue was deferred until Tuecitay April 6t.1,1915 at 7:45 P..I�.
