Donmoyer n;a s present and remonstrated <br />J against his assessment, Mr. C. R. Aphtorpe, Special Tax An. for the New York <br />Central Ry. Company also remonstrated against the Ry. Company assessment. The Board <br />decided to te.l.e the assessment roll under advisement until Tuesday March 2nd.1915 <br />at <br />/ Mr. Ift. Indiana Avenue. <br />Sidewalk on east side of Sm th Hi Fri Street from East Pennsylva is Ave <br />to Broadway Street. <br />The letting of the contract for the pipe sewwer on Nineteenth Street <br />/ from St. Joseph River to Mishawaka Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 360 <br />( was deferred until Tuesday March 2nd.1915 at 10 00 A.M. <br />Remonstrance was riled by p -:�operty owners oil Indiana Avenue and. Marine <br />Street against assessment on Bowria.m'Creek sewer . <br />Petition filed for a street light on Hildreth Ct. and Clwer Street. <br />J The same was referred, to the Street Commissioner for investigation. <br />Petition filed by property owners 'on Leeper Avenue for a pipe sewer <br />on said avenue between Angella Avenue to St. Joseph River. The same was read and <br />f referred to the City Engineer for investigation. <br />Plat of Stover—Longley Addition to the City of South Bend,. Indiana <br />J was approved by the Board. <br />Communication received from the Studebaker Coloration in regard to <br />Street Flushers. The same was read and placed oil file. <br />The Street CommisE ioner filed the following report. <br />Gentlemen: — <br />I would recommend a light of some kind at, the corner or Kembel Ave. <br />,J and Ewing Avnue. <br />The distance from ot:ier lights is sufficient altrLough this point is at <br />the end of Kemble Ave -flue at most used entrance to Rum Village Woods. The Board <br />deferred the placing of t_iis light until a future date. <br />Deferred hearing on pavement on Division Street from St. Josep�_ St. <br />f to Michigan Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 361. <br />Tn the above matter the Foard decided to defer all action until <br />Tuesday IVi'arch 2nd.1915 at 10:00 A.M. <br />
