J- The City Engineer submitted the list of p ,opert,7 owners in the natter of': the Vacation of certain property under Vaeati.on` Resolution No,� 23. for the. vacation or a part of William Street From 3.1arion Street to Navarre Street. In the City of South Bend, Indiana., which list includes the names of the owners,and holdev of property and of. interests therein sought to be taken or beneficially or in juriou-o ly effected, and the descript-ii..on of the several pieces. of property which is affected by the said vacation proceedings. PROPERTY VACATED. Beginning on the north line of Marion Street at a point 39. feet west of the southeast corner of lot 57 Henricks & Grants Addition thence nort parallel with and 35.3 feet west of the east line of lots 57 said Henrick's and Grants Addition and the east line of lot 7 Burrough's Sub. -Division of Bank Out Lot 115 to the north line of said lot 7 (South line of Short Navarre Street) thence west 10.7 feet; thence south parallel with and 49 feet west of the east lirie of lot 7 said Borrough's Sub -Division and lot 57 Hrenrick's and Grants Additio n to the north line of Marion Street; thence east 10:7 feet to the place of begginning.
